Professional career

  1. May 2018 Data entry

    Data entry · Run0km

My first job in tech, at Run0km. In practice I did a bit of everything: real-time customer support and lead generation. Through LinkedIn I reached out to around 5,000 people —between salespeople and managers— to get their contact info (phone or email), so the sales team could later offer them Run0km’s CRM.

    • Data management and capture
  2. 2018 – 2020 Student

Software Analyst Degree · IFTS N°16

I started studying programming at IFTS N°16 (a technical college in Buenos Aires). I built my first projects there —several are still up on my GitHub— and in 2020 I graduated as a Software Analyst (Técnico Superior en Análisis de Sistemas).

    Stack

    • SQL
    • Java
    • PSeInt

  3. November 2019 Product Owner

    Product Owner · Run0km (CRM)

I took on the Product Owner role for the CRM system. I joined the dev team’s sprints, defined and communicated product priorities, handled incidents in real time, and did manual testing of every release before it went out — on the website and the mobile app alike.

Since Run0km was a small company, I picked up responsibilities beyond the role itself: managing client orders from the CRM admin panel, catching data-delivery errors, generating prospect-delivery orders, and giving immediate attention to support requests. I also documented a 28-case FAQ so the support team could resolve the most common issues on their own.

    Stack
    • Scrum
    • Incident management
    • Manual testing
  4. 2019 Backend Developer

    Backend Developer · SOYBOT

I joined as a trainee on the backend of SOYBOT, the chatbot system Run0km used to capture car-buying leads, which were then sold to dealerships. I started with small, scoped problems and kept growing from there:

    • Built a C# (.NET 6) API that compared two vehicles and generated a comparison image using apitemplate.io.
    • Built a system that parsed dealerships’ huge spreadsheets (brands, models, years, and specs) and turned them into XML the chatbot could use: the bot queried the API and got the data ready to mention specs mid-conversation. Also in C# (.NET 6).
    • Added real-time JavaScript execution to the chatbot scripts via ClearScript, which lets you run .NET libraries from JavaScript at runtime.

That year we competed with the chatbot system at the Chatbot Awards and won in the Startup category.

  5. February 2021 Project Lead

    Project Lead · SoyBot Chatbots

I took over as lead of SoyBot’s chatbot project. We sold an “off-the-shelf” product to multiple clients — some more customized, like Mercedes Benz — and I coordinated a team of 4 people. Together we ran every new client end to end: from technical specs to final launch.

In numbers, we shipped chatbots on more than 300 websites, on 3 WhatsApp numbers, and on 20 Instagram and Facebook (Meta) pages.

    • Knockout JS
    • SQL Server
  6. February 2023 End of cycle

    Closing a chapter

While Run0km and SoyBot were pushing for in-person work, I chose to keep working remotely. Faced with a disagreement with the company, I decided to resign and open myself up to new opportunities. Five very formative years were coming to an end.

  7. March 2023 Developer

    Developer · CNH Industrial

Almost without a break, in March I started working with CNH Industrial, where I implemented a QR code management system for the multilingual manuals of their agricultural machinery: more than 7,000 manuals centralized and accessible with a simple scan.

  8. October 2023 — Present Senior Full-Stack

Senior Full-Stack · DAUX (Universal Assistance)

In October a better offer came in from DAUX, where I work today as a Senior Full-Stack developer on the Universal Assistance account. My role is to turn the design and planning teams’ ideas into reality: I plan, build, and ship new designs for the ecommerce site, the partner program, and the whole add-on product purchase system, plus new backoffice systems on top of existing platforms.

It’s work I enjoy a lot because the owners are programmers themselves: we share the same outlook on most things (and there’s no BS-ing your way through anything!).
