SOYBOT in the banking chatbot race: Boti, Galicia, and the 2019 Chatbot Awards

In 2019, while taking my first steps as a backend trainee at SOYBOT, our chatbot system was covered alongside projects like Boti (the City of Buenos Aires government’s assistant) and Banco Galicia’s bot in the 2019 Chatbot Awards coverage, where SOYBOT ended up winning the Startup category. It was my first brush with tech press — and a good snapshot of the moment Argentina’s chatbot industry was starting to take shape.
